Dear friend, if you feel heavy with shame or fear that some fault has ruined your soul forever, put down that thought and look to my Lord instead. Ask Him to show you the truth of what He sees when He looks upon you. Do not let the shadow of your own making keep you from the light of His face today.

When I looked on sin in this vision, I saw nothing but a hollow ache and a burning wound caused by love itself. It had no real weight or shape of its own, only the pain it left behind for us to feel while we wait. Because there is no substance to it, there is no power to hold you down. The Lord bears all this noughting so that nothing can ever truly harm your spirit again.
